Privacy Policy
StationIQ LLC ("StationIQ," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the StationIQ platform, accessible at app.stationiq.co and through our mobile applications.
1. Who We Are
StationIQ LLC is a Nebraska limited liability company. We operate a training and knowledge-sharing platform designed for Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement professionals. All users must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect:
• Full name
• Email address
• Discipline and department information (optional at signup, collected post-registration)
• Profile information you choose to provide
We do not collect:
• Location data (future location-based features will require explicit consent)
• Badge numbers, agency assignments, or case-specific law enforcement information
• Payment information directly (future payment processing will be handled by a third-party processor)
3. How We Use Your Information
• To create and manage your account
• To provide access to training rooms, classes, drills, and discussions
• To send platform notifications and updates via email
• To send push notifications related to your activity on the platform
• To improve and maintain the platform
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited data with trusted third-party providers necessary to operate the platform:
• Supabase - database storage and authentication
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Vercel - hosting and web request processing
• Upstash Redis - rate limiting and request management
• Cloudflare - security, DNS, and content delivery
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Partner instructors and training room creators do not have access to your personal account information.
5. Law Enforcement User Privacy
We recognize that law enforcement professionals may have heightened privacy needs. StationIQ does not collect badge numbers, agency identifiers, case information, or other sensitive law enforcement data. You are not required to identify your agency or rank to use the platform.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the platform settings. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Content you created may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of training materials, unless you specifically request full removal.
7. Push Notifications
The StationIQ mobile app may send push notifications related to your activity, including new content in training rooms you have joined, responses to your posts, and platform updates. You may manage notification preferences within your device settings at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
StationIQ is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will promptly delete it.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, rate limiting, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of StationIQ after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

International Users
StationIQ is operated by StationIQ LLC, a company based in the United States. If you are accessing the platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
By creating an account and using StationIQ, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the processing of that information under United States law. Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country of residence.
StationIQ is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. If you do not consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, please do not use the platform.
