StationIQ
Connecting Responders. Building Knowledge. Innovating Training.
Built with real-world Operations, Medical Awareness and Physical safety in mind.
About StationIQ
-
StationIQ is a digital community built for responders - Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Medics, EMS, Rescue, and Emergency Management - to connect, share real experience, and train smarter.
We’re here to make learning faster, sharing easier, and readiness second-nature.
-
Responder knowledge lives in forgotten PDFs, outdated SOPs, Department Policies or one person’s experience.
In a job where mistakes can’t happen, that information needs to move - not sit in a file.
StationIQ makes critical lessons, protocols, and real-world insight accessible to every responder who needs it.
-
You’ll be able to:
• Connect with responders across agencies
• Share lessons learned and real call experience
• Access scenario-based training and insights
• Build community and grow your skillset
• Learn from real responders in real time
-
Anyone who runs toward the problem instead of away from it:
• Firefighters
• Medics & Paramedics
• Emergency medical providers
• Rescue teams
• Emergency managers
• Law Enforcement
-
A small group of responders who partner with us early to test new features, give real-world feedback, and help shape how StationIQ grows. They receive early access, direct input, and recognition as founding contributors to the platform.
-
Responders learn best from people who have lived the job. StationIQ is built and informed by professionals with real-world experience across operational, medical, and tactical disciplines. Current contributors include a medical doctor and a tactical trainer, helping shape how training is structured, reviewed, and applied across agencies.
As the platform grows, additional expertise in physical performance, mental health, and operational readiness will be integrated to ensure training reflects the full demands of the job.
StationIQ is open to instructors who want their lessons, SOPs, and real-world experience to reach more responders. Departments can find training, and instructors can contribute knowledge - all in one place.
Instructors can join the platform and begin contributing immediately.
